In 2012, Steve Carlson acquired ZETA Music Systems, which had been closed for 2 years. Upon entering the ZETA workshop in Tempe, AZ . . . one of the first sights he came across was this trash can . . .

where the ZETA neon sign lay buried in sawdust, destined for the dump. Restoring this sign . . . reviving the ZETA company . . . that was the task at hand. In essence, the ZETA 'light' needed to shine bright once again.

If you have a 'Signal' issue . . . it is most important that the problem is duplicatable by us, i.e. consistent and not intermittent. Intermittent problems are most likely heat related (end of life component) and may require replacement of the entire wiring harness, sometimes including the preamp. Note that vintage preamps are not 'fixable' by us.

Start by documenting the problem in the space provided below. Include pictures and video as necessary. We will respond with best initial procedure, i.e. simple local repair potential using Deoxit contact cleaner, possible testing procedure(s), etc.
